You will be able to work on complex international projects (Europe, USA, APAC), some occasional

We are looking for a motivated Technical Manager to join our team and play a key role in our digital transformation mission. As Technical Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
Supervision and management of all technical aspects of projects, from design to delivery, ensuring the quality and compliance of the solutions proposed.
Close coordination with development teams to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.
Participation in the analysis of customer needs and the definition of appropriate technical architectures.
Supervision and technical support for team members, promoting their professional development and skills development.
Constant technological monitoring to identify and evaluate new technologies and best practices in the sector.
Proactive resolution of technical issues encountered throughout the development cycle.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for a Technical Manager with the following qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of technical issues related to digital transformation.
Deep technical skills in a wide range of areas, including software development, cloud architectures, data security, etc.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a technical team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while respecting deadlines and budgets.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and updating technical skills.
