Functional skills :
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical skills :
Extensive Salesforce experience (10 years or more preferred).
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Experience with data integration and migration in Salesforce.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect or System
Architect.
